Information:

Non-profit organizations that support the Gig Harbor and Pierce County community are welcome to submit a request. Requests are considered for any tax-exempt organization within our regional market that directly support the local community. Donations need to be picked up at the Hidden Harbor Wine Library during open hours. If shipping a donation is requested, the individual or group making the request will cover the shipping costs. The decision whether to donate is at the sole discretion of the Hidden Harbor Wine Library. All donation requests must be submitted online via our Donation Request Form. We no longer accept phone, letter, Tasting Room walk in, mail or email requests. We do not entertain sponsorships, monetary donations, branded swag or staffing of events. Please limit donation requests to once per calendar year and refrain from sending multiple requests to other departments with the Hidden Harbor organization. Donation requests submitted online via the Donation Request Form be filled out in its entirety to receive consideration. Incomplete requests will not be considered. Donation requests require 6 weeks to process. All donations must be picked up within 30 days of notice that the donation is ready for pick up. If the donation is not picked up during this window the items will be placed back in inventory. Your organization will not be able to apply for a donation until the following year.
